All Institute for Study Abroad, Butler University students must complete this
Class Registration Form immediately upon completion of enrolment at their host
institutions. The form should then be submitted to the IFSA-Butler London
Office, either in print or online.
Please be advised that you must be enrolled in what constitutes a full course
load at your host institution. This is a requirement of IFSA-Butler and your
host institution (please refer to the Policies section of the Orientation
Folder for further details). No overloads or underloads are permitted.
Should you wish to alter your enrolment in any way after the submission of this
course registration form, first discuss this with the IFSA-Butler London Office
and your advisor at your host institution.
It is vital that you record the full, correct title and course code for each
course. This information provides the basis of the final Butler University
transcript. Failure on your part to enroll in, maintain, successfully complete,
and take examinations in a full course load (as defined by IFSA-Butler) for
your overseas stay will result in loss of credit for the semester/year.
Failure to comply with the "Academic Policies and Procedures," as outlined in
the Policies section, may have serious consequences for you academically.
